If you're updating several parts of your profile at the same time, they can be grouped into one fixed-fee request. For example:
Updating your bio, headshot, and certifications
Changing your profile photo and adding a new location
Editing your service area and embedding a video
As long as it’s part of the same update session, it can be bundled and completed under a single request fee.
If your ticket has already been fulfilled and you later request more changes, those must be submitted as a new ticket and will be billed separately.
