✅ All 911 requests are billed for a minimum of 1 hour of labor, regardless of actual time spent.
Additional time (if needed) is billed at $275/hour in 30-minute increments.

Most 911 requests are completed same day or within a few hours, depending on the time submitted and team capacity.
If your request can wait until the next business day, consider submitting a standard request instead — it’s more cost-effective and still fast (typically completed in 48 business hours).
But if timing is critical, 911 Support is the fastest way to get it done.
