911 Support is our expedited service for CompassPlus agents who require fast turnaround after hours, on weekends, or during holidays.


⚡ When to Use 911 Support

This service is ideal if you need:

  • Last-minute profile changes before an open house or pitch

  • Emergency corrections to a live profile

  • Rapid turnaround during off-hours

911 Support is available:

  • Weeknights (after 5:00 PM ET)

  • Weekends

  • U.S. Holidays


💵 Pricing

Fee TypeAmount
911 Access Fee$249 (flat rate)
Labor Fee (minimum)$275 for 1 hour

✅ All 911 requests are billed for a minimum of 1 hour of labor, regardless of actual time spent.
Additional time (if needed) is billed at $275/hour in 30-minute increments.


🧾 How It Works

  1. Submit a ticket via the CompassPlus Agent Portal

  2. Select “911 Support (Expedited)” as your request type

  3. Our team will confirm availability and send an invoice

  4. Once payment is received, work begins immediately

  5. You’ll receive email confirmation once it’s complete

Most 911 requests are completed same day or within a few hours, depending on the time submitted and team capacity.


💡 Should I Use It?

If your request can wait until the next business day, consider submitting a standard request instead — it’s more cost-effective and still fast (typically completed in 48 business hours).

But if timing is critical, 911 Support is the fastest way to get it done.
