Once you submit a support ticket through the CompassPlus Agent Portal, our team will review your request, confirm the service type, and issue an invoice for payment.

All services must be paid upfront before work begins.

  1. Submit a Ticket

    • Log in to the CompassPlus Agent Portal

    • Choose your request type (e.g., update bio, add location, embed video)

    • Complete the form and submit it

  2. Invoice Sent via Email

    • You’ll receive a secure payment link via email

    • The invoice will include:

      • A description of your request

      • The total amount due

      • A button to pay online

      • An option to download the invoice as a PDF

  3. Pay Online

    • All payments are processed through our secure credit card gateway

    • We accept all major credit cards

    • Your payment will be confirmed instantly

  4. Work Begins

    • Once payment is received, your ticket will be marked as “In Progress”

    • Most requests are completed within 48 business hours
