Adding Videos, Review Widgets, or Certifications

Your CompassPlus profile can include powerful enhancements like videos, review widgets, and professional certifications—all designed to strengthen your brand and help you stand out in search.

Here’s how each works, what’s required, and how to request them.


🎥 Embedding a Video

What It Is:
A promotional or introductory video embedded directly on your full CompassPlus profile.

Accepted Platforms:

  • YouTube

  • Vimeo

How to Submit:

  • Copy the share link (not the embed code)

  • Submit a “Embed a Video” support ticket through the portal

  • Optional: Include a title or short description

📌 Note: We recommend professional, high-quality videos that focus on your story, your market, or client testimonials.


⭐️ Adding a Review Widget

What It Is:
A tool that displays reviews or testimonials directly on your profile page.

Two Options:

  1. Agent-Managed Widget

    • You provide the embed code from a tool like Zillow, Google, or RealSatisfied.

    • Submit via a “Add Review Widget” ticket.

  2. Swarm-Managed Widget (Monthly Service)

    • We set up and manage a branded review display for you.

    • Billed monthly via subscription.

    • Submit a “Swarm-Managed Widget” request to get started.

💡 Tip: Displaying reviews can improve visibility and increase trust with potential clients.


🎓 Adding Certifications or Designations

What It Is:
Industry badges or titles (e.g., CSA, SRES, ABR) that appear on your full profile and may be included on your profile card.

How to Submit:

  • Use the “Update Profile” request type

  • Include the certification name, issuing organization, and year (if applicable)

✔️ Common examples include:

  • CSA (Certified Senior Advisor)

  • SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist)

  • ABR, CNE, CLHMS, etc.
