Visibility is driven first by geography. If you serve multiple cities, towns, or regions, make sure they’re listed in your profile under “Service Areas.”
Example:
If you live in Scottsdale but also serve Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa—include all four.
💡 Tip: You can update or add locations at any time by submitting a “Change Service Area” or “Add Location” ticket.
Searches on CompassPlus pull from keywords inside your full profile, especially your bio.
To improve your chances of being found:
Use the full name of cities or regions you serve
Include specialties like “downsizing,” “retirement relocation,” or “multi-generational planning”
Mention any designations (e.g., CSA) or certifications
📌 Keep it clear and authentic. Search terms should be naturally included in your story—not forced in.
If you hold designations like CSA, be sure they’re included in your profile. These are used for upcoming filters that will help users narrow search results by agent expertise.
You can add designations by submitting an “Update Profile” request through the portal.
Multimedia like video introductions or customer review displays can boost trust and time spent on your page—both helpful for long-term visibility.
You can request to:
Embed a YouTube or Vimeo video
Add a review widget (your own, or managed by Swarm)
Submit a “Video Embed” or “Add Review Widget” request in the Support Portal.
Agents with current bios, accurate photos, and fresh content are more likely to be trusted—and engaged with.
We recommend reviewing your CompassPlus profile at least once per year to ensure:
Your service areas are current
Your contact info is up to date
Your photo reflects your brand
Your profile reflects any new specialties or client focus
