On the CompassPlus website, every agent has two types of visibility: a Profile Card and a Full Profile Page. These serve different purposes, but both help promote your brand and connect you with potential clients.
Your Profile Card is the compact version of your presence on the site. Think of it as your digital business card.
It appears in:
Directory and map searches
Regional or location-based pages
Team or specialty listings
Your Profile Card Includes:
Headshot
Name
City or service area
Designation (e.g., CSA)
Link to your full profile
Cards are uniform and designed to keep search results clean and skimmable.
Clicking on your Profile Card opens your Full Profile Page. This is where you can showcase more about who you are and what you do.
Your Full Profile May Include:
Full-length bio
Certifications and specialties
Service areas and locations
Embedded videos
Review widgets or testimonials
Contact form and/or external links
This is your opportunity to tell your story and differentiate yourself from other agents in the network.
You can request updates or enhancements at any time through the Support Portal. Depending on the request, a small service fee may apply.
